In this session, Livefront and Evereve will walk through the design and implementation of an agentic AI platform we built for Evereve's national retail brand. We'll demystify what "agentic" really means, explore where it creates meaningful business value, and break down the core attributes of a well-designed agentic system.

You'll learn how we approached enterprise readiness, where we started, what we intentionally left out of v1, and what we'd build differently in v2. Throughout the session, we'll reference the real agent we built to ground the discussion in practical decisions, not theory.
