# How to Protect Your MVP and Your Sanity and Still Meet Your Deadlines

This talk explores what it takes to deliver large, complex projects when constraints are real, priorities shift, and stakeholders have high expectations. We'll dig into practical strategies for protecting the MVP, managing scope creep without killing momentum, staying aligned under pressure, and navigating conflicting demands.  Designed for both engineering and product leaders, this session focuses less on frameworks and more on judgment and the human side of shipping software at scale.   

Attendees will leave with practical techniques for protecting the MVP when scope pressure inevitably creeps in while maintaining important positive relationships with stakeholders. We'll discuss ways to talk about deadlines honestly without eroding trust or burning out teams, and a clearer mental model for tradeoffs: when to push back, when to flex, and when to ship.
