We partnered with Credly's product team to design and develop a beautiful, mobile-native app experience to complement their desktop application and services. A digital badge wallet makes accessing verified credentials quick and easy, allowing users to view and manage all of their earned Credly badges. Whether at a job interview or a networking event, the user-friendly design ensures ease-of-use, making it an indispensable resource for effectively communicating skills and qualifications.
Product-led growth and learning.
We designed and engineered features to facilitate product-led growth, like Credly's first badge discovery system. As earners explore, recommended badges are aggregated for users based on job title, employment, interests, and existing badges, making it easy for users to find their next learning opportunity.

A badge for collaboration.
Livefront and Credly operated as one team to drive the invention, strategy, design, and delivery of this new digital platform. By pulling together a hearty mix of designers, engineers, and strategists from both sides, we were able to push the product forward from inception to launch in under a year by actively partnering with Credly throughout the design and development cycle.
Learning from the learners.
We created and deployed a full-suite analytics dashboard which gave our team detailed usage information about the app. The dashboard was carefully devised as an instrument for thoughtful data collection and learning, helping us measure insights and business outcomes via app usage. Using Google Looker Studio, we integrated real-time analytics data from the app to generate simple visual statistics and reports.
Accessibility, verified.
Livefront knows digital product accessibility isn't a nice-to-have; it's a necessity. We don't believe in shipping products until they fully support accessibility features like dark mode, landscape orientation, dynamic text sizing, voice narration, and color contrast accessibility—the Credly mobile app was no exception.
