We designed Jamf One to make it effortless for administrators to view device details and access remote admin commands. Corporate end users simply snap a photo of their device serial number and send it to their company's help desk via the channel of their choice. When administrators open the image in Jamf One, the serial is recognized optically and device information is loaded right away.
